  They only do well visits/physicals at 8am or 1pm for adults. I told them I am dropping off and picking up my child from school at those times and asked if they had other times/providers "no that's across the board here and I don't know what to tell you about the time, I can't help you." I asked to speak with the office manager only to not talk to her and be told they'll send a memo to the provider and see if she'll make an exception. That was over 24hrs ago. I feel they aren't willing to look out for the whole person if they are unwilling to adjust a time, when things are "typically" done, so you can care for your family. Certainly not a good practice for a Family Practice.
