  Seriously disappointed with Early Impressions. My son attended and loved his class and the teachers, unfortunately the Director they have running the Midtown location is a problem. Twice I spoke with her about a concern and both times she was defensive, rude and not helpful. On the last and most recent occasion I came to her with concern about an interaction I had with an employee who didn't follow through, she basically called me a liar and told me if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a company I do business with. If you have no concerns or problems then you will probably have a decent experience, things really go south when you have to deal with the Director as she has no ability to deal with concerns (which is basically what a director is there for.) Its a shame that a good school is damaged by a poor leader, hopefully they will make a change in the future.
